If you booked just departure please call us a day prior your departure to get your pick up time. On shared transportation we will group you with other customers and will make stops on different hotels please don't forget to call us or text us a day before your departure to get your pick up time wich will be assigned according to your flight information and the stops that our vehicle will make.

The van was on time and clean. We had a delay and they were accommodating. I emailed them and they pushed back for us.
