So much fun. Simone was a great teacher and very relaxed and laid back. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with him. The food was incredible and the atmosphere was even better.

Great day at the pasta making class! We learnt how to make fresh ravioli by hand. Simone was brilliant, really engaging with each member of the group and taught us all his Nonna’s tips and tricks. He demonstrated how to make other types of pasta. The ravioli was combined and cooked by Ricardo, while we worked together as a group to make tiramisu. Unlimited free wine was on offer throughout, which you could help yourself to. The class was relaxed and enjoyable, ending with a beautiful 3 course meal of bruschetta, homemade pasta and tiramisu.
