    I had to cancel my tour in March of 2020 because of the pandemic. My tour was scheduled for May 2020. Italy was in lockdown and they would not be able give me the tour. Withlocals website promises a complete refund as long as you cancel 7 days. I never received my money. Instead they gave me a credit. I felt bad for them because I know they were having financially difficulties. However, now they will not refund my money. And when I tried to use the credit, I booked a € 70 tour. They took the whole €153 and applied it all to the tour. They would not let me use the difference on another tour. They also refuse to give me my money back despite their original promise of a complete refund I have reached out to the company multiple times. I have never been contacted by a manager. I no longer trust them to do business with them BUT they have my €153. They are holding my money hostage to try and force me to buy another tour. I have repeatedly told them I am not interested. I have used them multiple times in the past but this is how they treat repeat customers.

    Guilia was amazing. Had so much information. Incredibly knowledgeable. Taught us how to understand art and identify the period and many other Italian historical facts. We covered everything. Answered all our questions. We enjoyed the conversation amd back and forth so much.
