    It was the first time that we used the Let’s Roam app. We had to phone customer services twice as the app is not particularly intuitive. customer support were helpful. When the app froze then I simply swiped it off the screen and reloaded it. The main reason that I would not recommend this tour is that the route was totally unsuitable for Phoenix, especially in summer. There is minimal shade and no places to stop for a drink or a snack. We had to give up before the end because our large bottles of water were empty. We got an Uber back to our car.
