Amazing service! Roscoe is the best; let me use his gravel bike and it took me up and down Mt. Tam and back to Tiburon! Can’t say enough about how effortless it is to rent and return bikes at this amazing Blazing Saddles location.

We registered for our rental online, got a discount and also an extreme fast check in. They are a well oiled machine in getting you through your bike fit, helmet fit, intro on the bike and had my wife do a test ride in their garage since it had a been awhile since she had biked. A video gives details on the path highlights and directions. Quality bikes and a great ride of 8 or 9 miles, so not long. There are some significant hills getting up onto the bridge on the SF side and in the Marin Headlands but not long. Lots of bike and pedestrian traffic on a Sunday so you need to stay alert on the bridge, particularly with the cross winds. But even a careful novice or infrequent biker should be able to do it. Path is generally easy to follow from SF over the bridge but it was useful to follow GPS into Sausalito where you travel more on the streets. Lots of time options until the early evening to get on the ferry. Locks are provided so we could have a nice lunch. One way or another, whether you walk to bike it, you have to get up on the Golden Gate Bridge when you visit SF. I’ve done both and biking is the best. When you get back to Blazing Saddles the team give you a cheer. Quality conpany for a fair price.
