Valencia Hop-On Hop-Off Tour

Verschrikkelijk, gewoon opgelicht. We hebben de bus 1x gezien. Daarna 2x een uur gewacht bij een halte, maar niks. Opgelicht voor 66,- (we waren met z'n drieën). Tip; pak een Uber!!

We have traveled extensively and have had lovely experiences in other countries and cities with a hop on-hop off bus service. We purchased tickets for 48 hours and rode around for approximately half of the circuit on our first ride. The audio on the bus was extremely difficult to understand and often had music playing so loudly over the speech that one couldn't hear the words being said. I ended up removing my earpieces and just enjoyed the scenery. We got off at the number 10 stop then later attempted to get back on the "Hop On- Hop Off" number 11 stop, designated on the map (in front of the Museo Militar). Four buses drove by over the course of nearly an hour but despite waving our arms and our Hop On-Hop Off maps, not one stopped. Questioning the accuracy of the map provided, we followed the first two buses to see if they were stopping at a different location; they did not and continued to drive on. We chased the last two of the buses to a red light only to be told we couldn't get on and that they will come back around. We never tried the buses again, preferring to walk over the noisy, unintelligible, unreliable, unfriendly, poor service.

It's awful. Just take your money, get off somewhere. Within 15 to 20 minutes the next bus should arrive. We waited for an hour before we went ahead with public transport anyway. The worst thing was that tickets were also sold for the same bus at the stop, when I only wanted to ask if the bus would come I was shooded. It was literally said, "get out of here, get out." The woman then hid around the corner of the kiosk. Stand with your toddler. Ridiculous and SCAM
