At the meeting point, our guides wait for travelers for no more than 10 minutes beyond the scheduled time. It’s not possible to join the group along the way. You must be on time.

Our guide did a nice job of teaching us the history but also letting us have fun. The food was very good most places and the wine was great. An easy way to spend a few hours and avoid the big crowds while learning about Venice.

We had a fantastic time - and two in our party were not initially looking forward to this. We all ended up having a great time. The mix of walking and eating was perfect and we tried a number of foods we wouldn’t have thought to try otherwise. They had nice options for managing food allergies and different palates. It was also nice to have a small group - some people to chat with but small enough to stay personal.

Vanessa was our guide and she was one of the best we’ve ever had on a food tour. She was very kind and knowledgeable about everything Venice from the food to the history to the people. There happened to be a train strike the day after our tour and she not only warned us about it but helped everyone on the tour come up with alternative travel options if they were impacted by the train strike. Truly above and beyond. We loved the experience and would highly recommend it to anyone!!
