Chef Gabriel was excellent! My husband and I were celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary and thought this class would be fun. Chef was very helpful and gave step by step instructions and helpful tips. Our tiramisu turned out fabulous and we look forward enjoying the leftovers for days to come!
