    Our experience was very disappointing. At the first stop (St. Mark’s Basilica), the two tour guides gave a brief explanation but after that, they completely disappeared. The group I was with was left confused and unsure of where to go next. We tried to continue to the following stops on our own, but the lack of guidance and organization made the tour frustrating. Overall, it felt unorganized and not worth it.

    The tour guide just disappeared after the first experience. We were also not told that we had to wear clothing over the knee. So we had to spend more Money to buy a cover. Were also not told we needed headphone to hear to guided tour

    Puntualidad, me enviaron varios recordatorios días antes y el mismo día, lo que me parece excelente si uno tiene múltiples tours. El guía Marco excelente, muy agradable y con mucho conocimiento. Recomiendo a Crown Tours 100%.
