A combined tour that allows you to discover the most important historical places and buildings of Venice. This tour is guided and divided into two parts. From a centrally located meeting point you will be lead from a professional guide through the most characteristic places around the areas of Saint Mark's Square and Castello. Gina was an excellent tour guide. Her tour of the city included details of Venice's history and contemporary life of a Venetian. Although St. Marks Basilica was closed, she gave us as much info and context from the outside. The tour of Doge's palace was also very thorough. Overall, her tour was fun, engaging, and interesting. We would definitely book a tour with her again.

The listing for this excursion was GUIDED tour of the palace. We were there on time at the entrance. No sign of a guide. The admissions people suggested we tour the museum on our own, which we did. Take the word GUIDED out of the title.

Nous avons visité le palais, et nous avons pu aussi profiter de la visite d'une guide parlant français. Un parcours décrivant l'évasion de Casanova depuis sa cellule. Ceci était très intéressant et complet, la guide était parfaite !
