  • The gondola ride does not operate in case of exceptionally bad weather, high/low tide or local gondoliers strike (in these cases it can be postponed the days after otherwise it will be refunded)
  • The itinerary of gondola ride may change in the event of wind or bad weather
  • For the visit of the Basilica suitable clothing is required (no shorts)

It was raining. Tour started late. We missed museum visit as time would not permit us to take the gondola ride if we would visit the museum even though we paid and received the museum tour tickets.

Excellent tour. My only note is that in the description, it says the tour is 3-4 hours when in reality, for us at least the tour was about 3 hours, an hour break for lunch, and then that afternoon was the gondola ride. We had to miss the gondola ride because we had planned for morning-only based on the time descriptions. Otherwise, the tour guide was excellent and that basilica and palace is just magnificent. Worth the money to skip the line.
