Experience the magic of ‘traveling opera’ during a 2-hour operatic performance at the grand Palazzo Barbarigo-Minotto in Venice. Performed by the acclaimed Musica a Palazzo ensemble, this night of opera, song and music features world-class singers and instrumentalists performing as they move, with the audience, through the palazzo’s beautiful salons. With the singers performing feet away and the lavish rooms providing authentic backdrops, you’ll feel as if you’re part of the opera, not in the audience. Choose from three classic operas to suit your tastes and schedule.

    Musica a Palazzo offers a new way of experiencing the grand Opera. The Opera is a travelling show and each act is set in a different hall of a fascinating Venetian palace: Palazzo Barbarigo Minotto.

  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Such a special evening in Venice. Beautiful, historic palazzo and gorgeous opera performance. The performers were all stunning and it was a bit like a dream - stepping back in time! Magical!

Astounding access to professional and quality musicians and performers in a historic setting. A real sense of immersion into the opera culture and into the city of Venice. More than this the facilitator showed & generosity of spirit when my daughter had a problem during the performance.

L'accroche avait l'air magique, un opéra intimiste dans un palais vénitien... ça fait rêver... non ? Et pour 95 euros (en espèces uniquement....) on avait vraiment le droit de rêver... Mais les rêves sont souvent courts... Le palais... veille demeure sans véritable cachet, mais véritablement ancien, dans son jus d'époque... rien d'enchanteur, on sent bien la vétusté et les fastes d'antan... Assis sur de mauvaises chaises pliantes en plastique pendant plusieurs heures, on change trois fois de salles, toutes aussi déprimantes les unes que les autres. On oublie le verre de prosseco bas de gamme à avaler en 5mn en deux actes, car pas le droit de l'emporter avec nous pendant l'acte suivant ! Les chanteurs/acteurs et le trio de musiciens sont de qualité mais pour écouter un opéra, il faut un lieu à la hauteur. On est pas loin de l'attrape touriste... Allez 100€ de + et payez vous la Fenice !
