We arrived 20 minutes late because there was a mass public transportation general strike in the whole of Italy and by the time we arrived the guide was gone and their office closed. They would not come back for the rest of the day. There were no taxis nor vaporetto or anything!. We had to cross over to st. Marks by gondola and it took us almost 1 hour. I tried to get a refund but they did not accept. They have no contact phone number or any way to actually talk to them. The next day I went to their booth (thats all they have in st. Marks) and it still remained closed. This is a tourist trap, DO NOT USE THEM!!

The views! Unfortunately, our guide seemed to be bored and just going through the motions and took a personal phone call for a few minutes which we could all hear. She wouldn’t have known who was in our group

Tour of St Mark's was great! Tour leader was very knowledgeable. Our group was small so there was plenty of time for questions.
