Viator, I don't recommend. Bad customer support, unclear in finding the guide, the only indication given is to follow the green umbrella. But there were several green umbrellas. I do not recommend it, and better make reservations before going ob line from the official sites.

My tour guide, Alex, was great. He was friendly , engaging, and knowledgeable about Sisi and Hofburg Palace. My only caveat is that these guided tours don't allow much time for sightseeing at your own pace. The rooms, depending on their size, can get crowded very fast as other tour groups or individuals on an audio tour are also passing through. Afterwards, Alex took us on a quick tour of the outside grounds and gardens and gave us helpful tips on how to get a seat at Cafe Demel. Incredibly useful!
