About the tour

You will start the tour at your hotel in Warsaw, where you will be picked up by an English speaking driver and depart to Krakow. Once you have arrived in the city you will enjoy a tour of the Old Town. This part of the city offers a unique atmosphere due to the thousands bars, restaurants and important buildings. The most popular square in the city is the main Market Square, it is the biggest medieval market square of Europa. Part of the tour is a visit to the Cathedral and the Royal Castle on Wawel HIll. From Wawel Hill you will enjoy a gorgeous, picturesque view of Krakow. 

The guide will also take you to the Kazimierz district, the former Jewish Quarter. Kazimierz used to be an independent town, but nowadays is the cultural center of Krakow and very popular among young people. Highlight of the tour is a visit to Schindler's Factory, host of the Historical Museum. In this Museum the daily lives of the Jews during the 20th Century will be displayed and you will learn more about how Oskar Schindler saved more than 1000 people from being deported and transported to concentration camps. At the end of the tour you will have about 1 hour to explore the city on your own. After the tour you will be brought back to your hotel in Warsaw, you will arrive late in the evening.
