Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan, five per sports utility vehicle or four per limousine
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Fabulous alternative to the packed cruise ship bus to avoid crowding and coughing. Not rushed and direct to hotel.

No one came to pick us up. We want our money back. Since no one picked us up, we missed our plane and had to make new arrangements for the next day . We had a get a hotel for the night. This was a nightmare

Es inaudito e inaceptable la respuesta: "La limusina no acomodaría la cantidad de pasajeros y equipaje"
En primer lugar la reserva está hecha en SU página donde indica claramente la limusina Cadillac con la imagen. WHITTIER a ANC en limusina, Whittier to ANC by Limo.
En segundo lugar, la búsqueda y la reserva que se hizo indica "puede seleccionar como máximo 9 pasajeros", incluso sigue actualmente en su pagina.
En tercer lugar llevábamos equipaje de mano, NO maletas, y en ningún momento nos preguntaron si llevábamos equipaje.
Por tanto la respuesta del tour operador local es totalmente FALSA y No se ajusta a lo contratado.
El vehículo que vino a recogernos era un SUV normal y corriente, para nada una camioneta VIP como indican, aún así insisto en que estaba contratada una limusina.
Al quejarme por no ser lo contratado me indicó el "jefe del conductor" por teléfono, que no tenían disponible en ese momento Limusinas.
Es mas, tambien me explicaron que ese servicio estaba contratado con el operador Carmel Car & Limusine Service y el operador que vino era un tercero contratado por Carmel, al no poder hacer esto el contratado.
