Buckle up for your wildest car ride yet! Travel down gravel paths within our Drive-thru Safari Park and discover more than 100 native and exotic animals roaming freely. During your journey, you’ll have the opportunity to observe a variety of animals often only found around the world. Enjoy identifying species from as far away as the African savanna to others from the deciduous forests of North America, all from the comfort of your own car.

This self-guided tour allows guests to see more than 100 exotic animals and native Florida wildlife like white-tailed deer, bison, cracker cows, zebras, watusi, and oryx, to name a few. Check out a massive pond inside the park dedicated exclusively as a home for all “nuisance” alligators, trapped by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission’s (FWC) SNAP program. Stop and hand feed our incredible giraffes for a once in a lifetime experience.

Great experience for any animal lover! So nice to be able to enjoy these animals in close proximity but free from the confines of a standard zoo! Best animal encounter experience I’ve had in many years.

Quite a find literally in the middle of nowhere. We made reservations for both the safari drive thru and the capybara encounter the day before. During the drive over I thought it may have been overkill because there were so few people on the road but surprise the parking lot was quite full for midweek. We heard weekends are really busy so you would definitely need a reservation. Accidentally turned into the safari drive thru first. The actual entrance/ check in gator park are further down the road.Did the gator park first and lucked out arriving just in time for the gator Crusher show. It was very impressive unlike any other gator show I have seen. We also watched the gator feeding. I would recommend timing your visit so you get a chance to see some shows. My capybara encounter was at 1215. My guide Lyndsey was informative and personable. I was lucky and had the whole encounter to myself. We thought ahead and brought our own picnic lunch with us. There were ample picnic tables in the shade to eat at. The recommended time to do the safari drive thru is 90 minutes. Since my husband was driving and he didn’t stop as often or as long as I would have it only took us 60 minutes. Your ticket allows you to go back through. I would have except I was concerned my husband would not be as enthusiastic as I. It was a great experience and I will definitely recommend it to all my local friends. If you were to add on the airboat ride you could make a full day of it.
