We arrived and driver was not present. Had to get help from workers who called number we had. Could not reach anyone. Took 3 calls before we reached someone who said driver should be there. Driver finally arrived after we waited close to 30 minutes.

Der Fahrer kam eine halbe Stunde früher und hat sogar sehr gut Deutsch gesprochen. Er hat mir mit meinem Gepäck geholfen und war sehr hilfsbereit. Wenn ich wieder nach Windhoek kommen sollte werde ich wieder Motema Tours buchen.

Great experience. Thomas waited about an hour for me as I made it through passport control, and he made sure I had an opportunity to use the bathroom and ATM. Took me right to my Airbnb.
