Your adventure begins at the Victoria Falls park entrance on the Zambian side where you will meet your guide. Your walk will begin along the edge of Victoria Falls on the Zambian side. This is a truly stunning walk that gives you plenty of time to snap stunning photos. After the walk your guide will take you to explore Livingstone Island after which you will have the opportunity to swim in Devil's Pool at the edge of the mighty Victoria Falls. After finishing the swim your guide will take you back to the Park Entrance to end the activity. Note that you have the opportunity to stay in the Park and walk back at your own leisure.

Terrible. Do not book. Local operator showed up early when we weren’t there and said we were late. Came back at 2:15 and said we may not make it but if we pay him separately he can get us to the gate but not guarantee that we’d get in as 2:15 is the start time despite viator’s confirmation screenshot showing pickup at 2:15. Shady and we didn’t want to chance it and pay someone outside of what we already paid for and not get in. Viator refused to refund this despite our reliable guide telling us this happens all the time with that operator. Scam.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I spent one hour waiting for them at the pickup point. Nobody showed up, nobody was reachable on any of the indicated phone numbers. In the evening, someone texted me and came to my hotel to initiate a refund. This had to be online and it took another hour. So two hours wasted over nothing and I never got to do the tour. Highly disappointed. Cannot recommend. No reason was given for the no-show either.

The Devil's Pool is a very unique and special experience I will remember forever. The food was great and the experience was incredible but it definitely feels more like a photo-op than actual experience of sitting at the top of the falls. We were in, photo and out. I would have liked to sit and enjoy the experience a little bit more, especially considering the price.
