the car was clean and reliable it would have been nice to take the top off but enjoyable day anyway. They picked us up and upon the return of the Jeep they also dropped us off at our hotel which was really appreciated

Jeep was there when we arrived. Rental guy was not. Had to call and was told he was on his way. After waiting a bit in the sun, he came all smiles and was very helpful. Jeep seemed to be falling apart though. Drove to Baby Beach. Beautiful and calm waters. Perfect for families. Shopping was very expensive. They wanted a lot for cheap items. Very disappointed in shopping. We went to several shops.

My husband and I, along with my sister and her husband prepaid for the jeep rental so we could enjoy our day in Aruba while we were there on a Carnival cruise. The rental was supposed to be ready and available sitting in a Citco gas station across the street from the pier where are ship docked in Aruba with a person from the company with key in hand and a full tank of gas. First the listing doesn't really tell you how far the walk really is. My brother in law has mobility issues so my husband and I walked across the street to receive the jeep. The walk was not the problem for us as much as when my husband and I got to the Citco station there was a gentleman and a woman there renting out jeeps from another company. I didn't know at the time he was not a person from the company we had rented the jeep from. When it was my turn to talk with him thinking one of the jeeps sitting there was ours, that was when I found out he was from another company and the jeep that was supposed to be there waiting for us was not there. After he took care of his customers he called the company that we had rented the jeep from and when he got off the phone he told me it would be another 10 minutes before the jeep would get to us. While we were waiting I walked back to the ship to let my sister and her husband know what was going on while my husband waited at the Citco station for the jeep. The walk was so long that we took a taxi back to the Citco station because my brother in law could not walk such a great distance. When we arrived back at the Citco station the jeep had been delivered and my husband was loading the jeep with what were were taking for the day. He said the man who delivered the jeep told him where to park the car and leave the key and he also told my husband the jeep was full of gas. He then left my husband with the jeep and when we arrived back my husband was putting everything in the jeep. When we got into the jeep to take off we checked the gas gauge and it was 2 marks away from full. It was not clean inside. There was sand in the area around the doors near the floor boards. So no we didn't have a full tank of gas, but they expected a full tank when we parked it. The jeep was not in the best condition. We wasted 45 minutes that day waiting on a jeep that should have been there when we arrived and it cost us more money to fill it up with gas because we did fill it all the way up before we parked it at the Citco station. We parked at the same station where we fueled it and where we picked it up from. All in all since it was 45 minutes late, not full of gas, and the condition of the jeep inside I would not rent from this company again. Don't waste your money
