Pros... Places are worth visiting hence the 3. Guide knew his history.
Cons. Guide did a 2 min talk about our first stop, we got off, no chance for anyone to go to toilet even though it was right next to us, I didn't need to go but I heard others had wanted to. He rushed off with nearly 50 of us behind him. For the next 5 mins he talked about the mounds but he would stop and go straight into conversion without waiting for anyone to be there. He was the only guide so had to speak English then repeat in Korean, but he would start in English even though most of the English people on the bus had been at the back and there are the end, so most missed any of the explanations. Once the 5 mins about the mounds was finished we were given a map to go to other places around eg the eating street and the observatory and told see you in 3 hours. Way too long. Most people milling around after 2 hours... Each place basically the same, 2 hours at each was way too long, again most people milling around after an hour or so. Did a quick talk, again 2 mins max at temple, and see ya later. Most people on tour seemed to agree too long at each place and he was not any where to be seen to ask any questions etc. Again at each place he rushed ahead and never waited for his group to get there, started as soon as he stopped when only about 4 people there, not as if we didn't have time. The last stop was good, only an hour and a show to be there on time for was nice.. Won't give away... Enough time, not too long..I understand why other stops are too long if waiting for the dark at last stop, but start tour later otherwise quite a few cranky customers. Again, places worth going, guide not around, minimum guidance. Great trip if you want to be dropped and left with a map and see ya later with minimal tour guide input.
