Truly Amazing Experience. Unfortunately, I could not go on a scuba dive because I was getting sick before going out. I started in the pool with my husband but just kept throwing up so I opted to stay back while my husband went out. 2 of the workers actually took me to a pharmacy and translated for me to get some medication and also took me back to my resort. They were truly worried about me and it was nice to have them take care of me.
My husband had an Amazing Experience. He truly loved it and plans to Scuba Dive more. We understood there were no refunds which was perfectly fine. But what made this experience above and beyond was that they checked on me after the fact and even took photos of my husband and sent them to me since I was unable to go with them for the experience of Scuba Diving. The Customer Service was truly Amazing!
