I was overcharged and can't get anyone to return my calls. I have tried to call several times and left messages cannot get a call back. I paid a deposit for the trip on the day we booked it. After I received the confirmation email, I noticed that I was overcharged from what I was told the deposit amount would be. Didn't think much about it since it would be deducted from the total amount at the end. That morning before we left the dock, I gave the owner my card information and paid a 20% tip. After the trip and returning back to our rental I noticed that my card had been charged the full trip price plus the deposit and 20% tip. The deposit was not deducted or refunded. I lost several hundred dollars and can't get my money back.
