Wir haben auch 5 Stunden nach der Buchung nicht die richtigen Tickets erhalten. Nur ein verwirrendes pdf, in dem stand, dass das nicht das richtige Ticket für den Eintritt sei. Die „richtige“, die wir nie erhalten haben...

I received via email that I would receive my tickets/voucher/QR code via email but I never received it. I went to TripAdvisor website in an attempt to retrieve tickets. The even was booked however when I clicked the get tickets option what appeared was “This is not your entry ticket. Before you go, please note the Tripadvisor ticket is not valid at the club at the clubs/locations. We will send you your final tickets. Please don’t go to the location without having the right tickets first because they won’t. They wont let you in and you can’t redeem your tickets.” I also attempted to contact the event coordinator, but was unsuccessful and a voicemail came on as if it was a personal cell phone. Wir haben definitiv nicht mit so einem tollen Erlebnis gerechnet, aber es war sein Geld wert. Jeder kannte die Tickets und es war ganz einfach, in Clubs, Casinos, Bars und mehr zu kommen. Wir bekamen auch Guthaben, das wir bei Bolt und Uber einlösen konnten, also schien es im Grunde so, als hätte sich die Buchung von selbst bezahlt. Sehr empfehlenswert.
