I'm a 65 year old lady with a bad knee, my flight coming back home was a nightmare. The plain in Lima-Peru was delayed close to 4 hours they didn't give us enough water and was hot, them the plain arrived at Atlanta GA airport around 10:15pm we have to make a long line at Delta because I miss my connection to DC, Latam promise they'll accommodate their travelers, when finally get to the costumer service at Delta and they give me my boarding pass they send me to another line for Latam to get my voucher for my accommodations, after been on line for more than 1 hour a lady from Latam told me that I'll don't get hotel because my plain was leaving early, at 7:30 am but Latam will give me a compensation that i didnt received yet not even a simple email,I have to seat on a coffee shop chair for the rest of the night was 12:30am the security gate opens at 4:30am, I was cold and super tired I didn't do nothing wrong to deserved that kind of treatment
