I made two tours with Sun Piramids, I had a good feeling of respect and professionalism during all the communications. My guide was Mahmoud Mahdy during the activity he made his best to give us the best experience, after two activities he becomes a friend, my family and myself had a very good experience in Egypt and particularly with Mahmoud.

Ms. Rana was super efficient in organizing our trip with all our requests. We were accompanied in distance (by phone) even on the three "free" days that we requested for personal needs. The transport was always comfortable, punctual with even an agency representative who accompanied us on the journeys or check-in at the hotel. Water is always available in the car! The proposed hotels were always excellent. But we must underline the kindness, care and hospitality of all the staff of the Royal Great Pyramid INN in Cairo. In addition, we want to highlight the two guides who accompanied us during our days in Cairo and Luxor. Sameh and Walid are very competent, careful, kind but above all enjoyable and addictive. The journey was not difficult despite the many places or the size of the sites to see and the heat. If we have to say something inconvenient it concerns the airports, they are chaotic, confusing and poorly organised. For this reason, Ms. Rana provides a person upon arrival who supports with all activities within the airport until exit. So we didn't have issues at arrival.
