We (two girls) booked the 6 days and 5 nights in Jordan Tour and can only recommend JHT to anyone who wants to come to Jordan. Everyone from this company took such great care of us - Andrea, who answered all our questions quickly and professionally, who canceled our hotel after our flight got postponed for a day, who was so flexible with anything we asked - thank you! Hisham, our wonderful driver, who took care of our visas, immigration and did not only drive us around safely and comfortably (hello wifi and charging possibilities in his car), but looked after us and made sure we were happy and warm (he even bought us beduin coats because we didnt expect such rain and cold on the first day and those coats were amazing also later in wadi rum!). He showed us so many great places, suggested a few things, and did make sure we got out of bed on time so we can visit all those lovely sites with just a few tourists. Our tour guides were wonderful, Khaled in Jerash, Samy in Petra and Jassir in wadi rum all made sure we had the most wonderful experience. We had an amazing time, thanks to JHT and their hospitality and wonderful people who made this vacation so memorable. We felt so safe, welcomed and being taken care of at all times. We can only recommend this company and are extremely thankful for the wonderful job they did.

Mohammad and Andrea (Aya) are PHENOMENAL! From being incredibly responsive and available for all planning needs when we reached out last minute (we barely gave them a week before our arrival to Jordan). They made an incredibly customizable itinerary and they were incredibly patient with our itinerary change requests even while we were on the trip. Honestly, they went above and beyond and acted as an amazing concierge service with all our questions. Beyond all of this, they also supported us with all the fine details of helping in the planning of a proposal for one of our friends on the trip, including planning a romantic dinner, coordinating with the photographer our friend had identified so that his soon-to-be fiance on the trip would not be clued into the surprise. I am remarkably impressed by this tour group and will without a doubt book with them again on any future trips to Jordan. Mohammad and Andrea (Aya) are both wonderful and work with the best tour guides and drivers. We were incredibly fortunate to have Mustafa as our driver for the duration of our stay. He was with us from airport pick-up in Amman to taking us to Petra, Wadi Rum and Dead Sea. He even spent a whole day exploring and sharing with us his city of Amman; he took us to all his favorite local places. The hospitality with this tour group is unmatched and I am so lucky to have experienced Jordan with them. We also had a wonderful experience with our tour guide booked through Jordan Horizon Tours at Petra. Our tour guide Abdullah was incredibly knowledgeable of the history, and also extended our Petra tour to include a trip to the monastery and took us through gorgeous hiking spots in Petra. His hospitality to invite us to dinner under the stars with local homemade food was amazing. Petra by night was not operating during our visit and Abdullah and his friends organized a very sweet candlelit setup under the stars for our impromptu dinner. Our friend group enjoyed it and it felt even more meaningful than the standard Petra by night. We had a wonderful experience and Abdullah highlighted amazing spots for us to take photos throughout our tour of Petra. We even added on a tour to Jerash and Ajloun and were fortunate to have a wonderful tour guide in Jerash (Anas) who was patient with all my questions and has a rich knowledge of the history. I really appreciated that in each of the sites (both Petra and Jerash) we were matched with local tour guides from those cities. Their enthusiasm for the local history and deep knowledge were remarkable. The warm, welcoming, and hospitable nature of Jordan Horizons Tours: Mohammad and Andrea (Aya) and all the tour guides (Abdullah and Anas) and our driver Mustafa are limitless and I hope to meet them all again. I cannot recommend this tour group enough and cannot wait to visit Jordan again. I can honestly say they were as welcoming as family and made the trip so enjoyable. Lastly, I would like to add that the pandemic has heavily impacted the tourism industry and it's very evident the huge unfortunate impact this has had in Jordan. Please be generous in your tipping.
