I am going to make this as short and to the point as possible by just listing my issues.
1. When I was unable to reach the person (we are a on a cruide) who put this together I started emailing 2 days before the dive and didn't hear back. I did not put the dive together and did not have access to the information shared with them. Even in my original emails that shared my credit card information, I asked for details ( two weeks ago) and was not answered, so communication is really bad. On top of that, the owner made a snide remark about how my last email (mind you out of 5 email/whatsapp/ messages over two days) stating she doesn't answer anything after 6:30 pm. Well she didn't answer any of them, at all, even the next day.
2. Now lets talk about safety issues. I was diving with a new diver, I had to ask for her to have her gear checked. Nothing was ready, nothing was put together by the staff. Nothing.
The gear provided, did not have depth gauges! Yes, you read this correctly. I was so worried on the first dive for my friend because she had no way of knowing how deep she was. They did not offer dive computers or have them either. So, on the 2nd dive I gave my dive watch to my friend and asked the dive master stay close to her, stayed on the boat and skipped the 2nd tank.
Upon docking, the wash bins were not ready or filled. It was a small mess of people standing around trying to figure stuff out.
When settling my tab, I let the owner know I only dived one tank. She insisted on charging me for two, stating that I had signed up for two. I did not. In fact the only request I made besides meeting details (which I never got) was for nitrox. They did not provide this, with no explanation. So three of our group dived regular.
One person had their own equipment but had a mechanical issue, a big leak. He had to use it anyway do to the fact that they did not have any depth gauges. Anyway, I do not recommend this company for the reasons stated above.
If you do decide to dive with then regardless of these issues, note, bring a sandwich, they only offer a few pieces of fruit, bring some cold water, they offer tap water that is warm. Have a depth gauge with you or a dive watch. Dive masters were cool, the captain was great.
