We booked this with another over 50 couple.
We had a lot of fun. There were some nerves about the bridge (3 of us have a fear of heights), but it was totally do-able. You don't really notice the height while traversing the bridge.
It took my husband a bit to get the driving down, and then we were tearing off through the jungle with the rest of the group having a good time.
The stop at the waterfall is a difficult hike down to it. My husband and I made it (slowly) and left before the time allotted to ensure we made it back up the trail before all the youngsters zipped by us and had to wait for us to make it back up (again-slowly and with breaks).
We brought a bag of towels and change of clothes. We didn't use it. There are "lockers" at the starting point, but we were not sure when we would swim, so we brought it with us. The announcement to "go see the waterfall" did not mention that it was the swim stop. We were not going back up and then down to go back up again to swim during the 20 minute stop (it took us 10 minutes to get back up the hill). I suggest you leave your bag at the starting point--you won't need a towel and there is no place to change at the waterfall. Just sit wet in the ATV--you are going to get wet and dirty anyway.
The pool is back at the starting point if you want to pay to get in. We did not. We enjoyed one of the better meals we have had on our tip at their restaurant (price not included, but not expensive).
