Auckland - Hobbiton - Filmset-Privattour

This was an exceptional tour from start to finish. Curtis picked us up at the M Social in Auckland in a classy Mercedes van, clean, well stocked with everything we needed. He introduced himself and gave us a bit about his family and then proceeded down the road to Hobbiton with lots of local lore and helpful background information. He was kind, considerate, and informative attending to our every need. The Hobbiton experience itself was way above our expectations with spectacular views, detailed realistic hobbit hole sets and settings, amusing and helpful tour guide walking us through the Shire. For a Lord of the Ring buff, it was a dream come true and I recommend it for all fans of the movies by Peter Jackson on the Tolkien tales. Curtis courteously dropped us off in Rotarua but first gave us some helpful tips on local eating and visiting. He also was well informed about New Zealand travel in general and gave us more info on our flights and tours to the South Island in upcoming days. Overall, 5 STARS!!

Wir haben TIME Unlimited für den Transport zur und von der Hobbingen-Banketttour gebucht. Sie holten uns von unserem Hotel in Auckland ab und fuhren uns nach Hobbiton, sodass wir vor unserer Tour genügend Zeit hatten, um zahlreiche Souvenirs einzukaufen und sogar einen Snack im Hobbingen-Café zu uns zu nehmen. Breviss war unser Fahrer – er war großartig! Er hatte große Kenntnisse der Maori-Kultur und es hat wirklich Spaß gemacht, mit ihm zu plaudern. Er hat sogar vor der Reise nach unseren Hobbit-Namen gesucht, damit wir diese für unsere Hobbiton-Reise zur Hand haben! Er war sehr hilfsbereit, als wir in Hobbiton ankamen, um sicherzustellen, dass wir eingecheckt und für unsere Tour vorbereitet wurden. Er holte uns nach der Tour in einem schön warmen Auto ab (was toll war, weil es draußen kalt war) und fuhr uns zurück zu unserem Hotel. Das Auto war sauber und sehr komfortabel. Es gab Snacks und Wasser sowie freundliche Gespräche und interessante Geschichten. Ich würde dieses Reiseunternehmen für Ihren Transport von und nach Hobbiton wärmstens empfehlen!

Umwerfend! Es ist eine lange Fahrt, aber das Warten lohnt sich und wenn Sie aus den USA kommen, ist es großartig, es nicht selbst zu fahren!
