Farmaufenthalt in Sikkim, um Klöster und Dörfer über 5 Tage zu erkunden

The location of the farm was perfect. Tucked away from the small quaint town on Rinchenpong. On a good day it had a view of the Himalayan range. And otherwise there were fields and a small path into the woods bordering the farm. The trip was well planned keeping in mind the type of activities we wanted to do. Tasting local food, nature walks, short treks, visiting the village local market etc. The farm-stay host was lovely and had a small team who were very warm and friendly people working their. The small rooms and cabins in the farm has been built over the years from mud and wood in the local architectural style which is lovely. It's the perfect place for nature lovers, trekkers, bird watchers and folks who want to explore Sikkim more locally.

Fabulous location just outside Rinchenpong Village. Great rooms, food and service. Very close to 3 monasteries and the Meyong mountain.

This was an exceptionally well organized trip and the location and the surroundings were serene and idyllic. Despite the rural setting the farm house and its guest rooms had modern conveniences like wifi, phone network connectivity and hot water geysers. A knowledgeable guide accompanied us on the trips to monasteries and hikes in the forest and his expertise was appreciated. The approach road to the farm was not in the best shape due to the rains, but a good vehicle is able to navigate it with no problem.
