Our flight got delayed and I called their office as soon as we knew to update them but no answer and no way to leave a message on a saturday. So I called Viator and they put me on hold and called them and also got no answer and sent them an email. When we finally landed there were a couple of texts saying if I didnt reach right out to them, they would consider our shuttle cancelled. This was very distressing. I texted them right back and our shuttle driver had left with another group but was coming back for us so we had to wait an hour and a half at the airport for him. The driver TY was great and got us to the resort as fast as he could. It was over a two hour drive. We requested him for our return shuttle as well. Its just odd that a travel company doing shuttle service isnt open on the weekends!! They said they never got the calls and never got the email from Viator. My driver told me he had to tell them not to cancel me because we were obviously up in the air with no access to their texts. He made a great effort to drive back the two hours to get us and then drive two hours to the resort.
