We are a returning couple to Sri Lanka and decided beforehand that we wanted to visit udawalawe national Park again I wanted to book the tour before leaving the UK, so messaged three different companies for prices and details, day tour sri lanka was by far the quickest to respond and offered the most competitive price for the tour that I wanted I contacted them using WhatsApp and delt with Yasitha, she was very efficient and replied to my messages very promptly The tour I wanted was an overnight stay in Udawalawe. With a visit to the elephant transit home, an afternoon game drive in the park, overnight accommodation with food included, followed by an early morning game drive, return to the hotel for breakfast before returning back to my holiday hotel. My tour included an English speaking driver, with a comfortable air conditioned car, entry fees to the transit home, entry fees to the park, private safari vehicle and very knowledgeable driver, half board accommodation at Walawa reach hotel, which is a small family run business with two bungalows, swimming pool and a main building serving as reception and restaurant, the accommodation was more than adequate for a one night stay and perfectly located for visiting the park. My drivers name was Rohana, he was very helpful and polite and a very able driver When I arrived in Sri Lanka to start my holiday, Yasitha kept in contact through WhatsApp and also phoned me I would highly recommend this company for tours and would not hesitate to use them again
