My family booked a bike tour with this company. Unfortunately due to COVID-19, the tour was cancelled. Lorena promised us a 90% refund per their policy, but has not responded to emails or calls since she promised the refund. Additionally, nothing has posted back to our credit card. It really is a shame since we are planning to do the same trip next spring break, but obviously will be using a different company since this company is not responding to us or fulfilling their written promise of a refund.I totally get that we are all in a difficult situation but not responding for weeks is worrisome.
