The tour stopped in fantastic places and was great, as were the guide (Pablo) and the driver. The star rating is for the booking agency - we received no communication from them until I chased them, and even then the responses were mono-syllabic and unhelpful. Unlike other tour operators in town who are well organized and share tickets and pickup details via WhatsApp the day before, this company couldn’t give me details on the pickup time and location. It wasn’t until the morning of the pickup that they messaged to say that the van had broken down. Luckily, they were able to get a replacement, so even though the tour started an hour late but we still managed to squeeze everything in. Viator was useless as well - as all tours have to be booked at most by the day before, finding an alternative would have been a nightmare and we would have wasted an entire day because of this. I highly recommend going into town and booking the tours directly with the operators there, as they’re at least guaranteed to happen.

Os melhores guias dos passeios do Atacama, sem dúvida. Minha segunda visita ao deserto, fiz os mesmos passeios, porém com a atenção de Nina e Xavier o dia foi perfeito. Nina é uma guia atenciosa, inteligente e conhece muito dos lugares que visitamos, além de ser uma ótima fotógtafa, pensa nas poses, é incansável e nos surpreendeu com ótimas fotos surpresa. Xavier além de guia, foi motorista, chef e o melhor DJ do deserto, com uma trilha sonora incrível que combinou demais com as paisagens que passamos, foi como estar vivendo em um filme com a trilha sonora perfeita. O café da manhã e o almoço estavam deliciosos e a van era confortável. Eu recomendo demais esse passeio, tiramos fotos incríveis e os momentos e lugares maravilhosos que visitamos estarão sempre em nossas memórias. Gracias chicos!

Amei a nossa experiência com a empresa, são pontuais e educados.Os guias são muito solícitos e fizeram da experiência a melhor que tivemos durante nossa estadia em SAN Pedro. Com destaque a Guia Kristel, a melhor sem dúvidas, divertida, engraçada e nos ensinou muito sobre o deserto. Café da manhã muito bom.
