I saw the windows were all dusty but still took many photos of the tundra on the drive out to the main viewing land, but ended up deleting them all. The windows were covered with beige dust. The weather was cold and icy, not dusty at all, so that dust had been there for a while. They sent out a promotional email with video exclaiming how they wash the windows getting ready for us. NOT on the bus we were on!
The bear viewing that we did see, once at the location, was good. The upper half of the window can be opened to slide down and give clear views of the outside. The windows are very hard to slide up and engage the side locking pins, so you may need help doing it.
(the company also fumbled my check in for the tour, which causes added stress for us)
The soup and sandwich lunch was tasty.
