Privater Shuttleservice vom Flughafen Santa Marta zum Hotel in Santa Marta

We hired the shuttle service to transport us from the airport to our hotel, and the driver showed up on time and was very helpful, giving us tips for our week in the city on the way. We had a great experience, so decided to book another two tours/transportation with them. The first one was good overall, with the driver even telling us to take as long as we wanted on our hike and not worry about returning at the given time, 3-4 pm. We quickly found out that the given time was partially due to weather, as it apparently begins raining around that time most days. We were stuck hiking 1 1/2 hours in pouring rain, alone on a trail, which was overflowing with mud and water. When we got back, he laughed and said he thought that might happen, even though he did not warn us about the potential dangers. On the following transportation, he made another joke about it too. The last transportation we took was to Tayrona Park, where we were going to a beach. On the ride up, we told him we were going to one of the beaches, at which point he started encouraging us to go to the nudist beach, saying he'd been wanting to go himself and might go there while waiting. We laughed it off and moved on. Our pick up time was 2:00, but we finished early around 12:30. He had told us he would be waiting there, but he wasn't, and we figured he likely had left for lunch, no big deal. After attempting to contact the whatsapp number to be picked up we received no response until 6pm that night. We waited 2 full hours, until 2:30, in the 90 degree heat, before he returned. On the return ride, he flirted with the girl taking toll money, telling her to leave her boyfriend for him. They did offer a free ride to the airport for arriving late, which we did appreciate, but we had already booked another taxi. Overall, the driver did his job transporting and was helpful. If you are just looking for someone to drive you from the airport, this is a good option. We are both girls in our early 20s and believe the driver just became too comfortable too quickly with us.

The ride was actually from the hotel in Santa Marta to the Santa Marta airport. The driver was early and waiting for us, the vehicle was large enough for our luggage and spacious for us passengers. Driver offered water and drove safely to the airport, highly recommend.

Very smooth service from hotel to the airport. Very nice driver. On time! We had a great stay at Santa Marta and very smooth with this company.
