Ramon was a great tour guide. We learned a lot about Porto and his expertise and enthusiasm really enhanced our tour.
A complaint, not about Ramon but about Blue Dragon: the meeting point for the tour is at the Blue Dragon office. They don’t have a restroom for customer use so they suggest walking down the street a block or two and buying a cup of coffee at a restaurant so you can access the restaurant’s restroom. Given the amount of customers congregating at Blue Dragon for our tour and other tours, it is very difficult to accept the lack of a restroom for customer use. And to send customers to a restaurant with instructions to buy something there to get restroom access is a poor business practice.
