Overall, the experience was fine. I was able to find the desk easily and then I was brought to my car. The ride was smooth, the driver was very nice. I would say both cars (going and coming) were older and worn. My major reason for taking down a star is because of the communication. No one ever responded to my messages via the TripAdvisor chat, nor answered any phone calls. I finally got a response via email. Other than that, great.

We arrived on July 6 and prepaid for private suv transfer to Dreams Royal Beach. I also prepaid for beers and sodas. Upon arrival, there was no available transfer, the couple in front of us was having a negative discussion with Punta Cana Limo personnel as well. We were told to wait, approximately 30 minutes later, representative takes our name, makes a phone call, and tells us to wait, the driver is enroute. We wait another 15-20 minutes, and low and behold, a multi-passenger commercial transport bus arrives to pick us up. I stated I did not pay for a commercial van, and was told by the rep that he made the decision to give us a van because there was no suv. Needless to say, there were no beverages that were purchased at 6 bucks a piece and no suv. I asked for a refund, he stated his boss would call me. Im still waiting on that call, of course. On the return trip, the suv arrived extremely filthy, and again, no beverages and no refund or call. I will never use Punta Cana Limo Transfer again or refer them to any of my associates. Buyer Beware.

Great service. Did exactly as promised. Quick and clear communication. Quick pickup and drop-off for the round-trip service.
