We have just finished our week-long cruise with Captain Cook Cruises in Fiji. We had the best week! What we enjoyed so much about this cruise were the locations we visited. Once leaving the port, we did not come across any other tourists - a rare thing when travelling these days!
Visiting the islands and meeting the locals was a wonderful experience. And we didn't expect them to go to so much effort! Each island put on an amazing performance for us. And it was nice to see their handicrafts and learn about their traditions.
While the Cruise can hold about 110-120 pax. there were only 40 people on board which was a bonus! It would definitely have been a different experience had it been full. This meant there was ample space if you wanted to find a quiet space to read a book etc.
As this was our first cruise together, we were very happy with the standard of the food and beverage options. No meal was the same!
Overall, we had a great time! And would recommend for anyone wishing to see remote areas/islands of Fiji.
