Dubai Creek Cruise Dinner mit Transfer

Booking and transfer went smooth and easy. However, the advertised times were different (pickup at 6pm, then pickup at 7pm, start of the cruise 8pm, then 9pm, then 9:30pm...). Actual start was after 9:30pm, apparently, they had to wait for the food to be delivered. There was no information provided when the cruise would actually start. "Unlimited Softdrinks" means: water served from bottles into small plastic cups once in a while, a "cocktail" mixed together from water, lots(!) of sugar and some powder and cola/sprite served once, again in small plastic cups - no self service on drinks. The food was good and the employees very kind. People were asked to go to the buffet table by table, which avoids long queues. There are a number of Dhows there and each of them tries to play the music louder than the other - even if that gives that scratchy noises in the speakers. My advice: try to sit as far away as possible from the speakers - you might end up temporarily deaf otherwise. The dance show was impressive and the tour along the Dubai creek is very nice. Overall: something you probably have to do once as a tourist visiting Dubai. The tour operators could make it a lot better with little things like decent sound volume, more information and better planning/communication, though.

Wir buchten diese Kreuzfahrt für die letzte Nacht unseres Urlaubs, da sie für Dubai ein Muss zu sein schien und die Bewertungen gut schienen. Leider waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Angefangen bei den positiven Aspekten - die Abholung / Rückgabe vom Hotel war sehr gut, wie bei allen Touren in Dubai und das Essen war essbar (was davon übrig war ... darauf komme ich später zurück) und Die Unterhaltung war in Ordnung, aber ziemlich einfach. Je weniger positiv - die Kreuzfahrt fühlte sich äußerst unorganisiert an. Wir stiegen 30 Minuten nach dem Start ein und das Management schien einige der Kunden, die sich entschlossen hatten, auf das Boot zu steigen, nicht zu kontrollieren, obwohl wir Sitzplätze zugewiesen hatten. In ähnlicher Weise wurde das Essensbuffet ohne Ankündigung oder Plan für abwechselnde Tische eingerichtet, sodass dieselben unhöflichen Gäste nach vorne rannten und ihre Sekunden abholten, bevor viele von uns überhaupt gegessen hatten. Das Management unternahm nichts dagegen und sagte: ""Warum gehst du nicht nach vorne?"" Als die Unterhaltung begann, war es schwer zu sehen, weil die an der Front einfach aufstanden, wieder wurde nichts von der Geschäftsleitung hier getan. Für das Geld, das wir bezahlt haben, hätte ich einen viel besseren Service erwartet. Das Management der Tour muss unhöfliche Kunden besser kontrollieren, damit die Erfahrung für andere nicht ruiniert wird.

I can honestly say that was the worst boat trip i have ever had and I've done a few in different countries . We are in Dubai not India but only curry being served, no levels, poor quality and cold. The pick up took an hour and a half ( my daughter was so upset) and departure was 45 min late! the boat is so dated and dirty certainly not what it looked like on the pictures. The entertainment was a joke. 1 guy in a light up costume spinning for 30 sec and 2 guys in a stupid horse costume tickling grown mens is not what I call entertainment. I'm shocked at the good reviews. This was for my wife's birthday and she was so annoyed like 3 other couples we spoke to, one was also here for her birthday. Do your self a favour there is a better boat at 9pm departure book that one, I only booked this one because it left at 8pm for my daughters sleeping time table but in the end it was all the same only outcome was a terrible evening and an upset wife.
