National Express | Stansted Airport nach London Liverpool Street (Hin- und Rückfahrt)

I booked a full flexible rate, I wanted to pick another bus from the one I booked at the begining. When I got there the started selling tickets to people who dindint have one and they didnt allow us to hop on. We had to wait for 30 min for the next bus. The trip took 45 minutes more that it was published due to works on the road. We lost our flight and of course it wasnt anyones fault..

On the 27th February at about 9am we had to purchase 2 tickets for the coach due to problems with the train track between Stansted and Cambridge. The member of staff at the National Express office needs to work on her customer service skills. We felt like it was inconvenience we were there. I had my elderly Mother with me and we had an hours wait for the coach. We waited in the booking office, might of been helpful to have pointed out that there was a waiting room and somewhere to sit. Perhaps more training with staff is required!!!!

Ich bedaure, das ich die Bewertungen der anderen Reisenden nicht vorher gelesen habe. Das hätte mich hoffentlich davon abgehalten hier zu buchen. Ok um fair zu sein, die Hinfahrt von Stansted in die Stadt war ok. Ich hatte aber extra ein "flexibles" Ticket für die Rückfahrt gebucht. Als ich Einsteigen wollte hat mich ein extrem wichtig tuender Schaffner darauf hingewiesen, das mein Ticket nicht mehr gültig sei. Ich hätte dieses online umbuchen müssen (was nicht ging) und zwang mich dazu ein neues, teures Ticket für die Rückfahrt zu buchen. Meine Beschwerde darüber, das ich die Reise doppelt bezahlen musste, wurde zwar höflich aber ohne jede Einsicht abgelehnt. Ich empfehle daher jedem der diese Route fahren möchte den Zug (Stansted Express) zu nehmen. Anderer Betreiber und bisher nie ein Problem gehabt.
