El crucero muy lindo, una experiencia linda para hacer. Todo muy bien, hubo una problema con el itinerario que se demoro la llegada a luxor, pero Elaria de la empresa nice tour estuvo muy bien y lo resolvió perfecto. Muy recomendable.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!
AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS VENDOR!!!
First of all the driver was two hours late picking us up while we sat in the hot sun with our luggage despite confirming the 11am pick up time several times with Nice Tours on WhatsApp the evening before. When we called several times during the wait, they just hung up on us each time. We were eventually picked up around 1pm.
Secondly when we boarded the boat (The Palace) and checked in, the room looked absolutely nothing like in the pictures - this is FALSE ADVERTISING. The boat is old and run down, the A/C did not work, the room smelt like very strong gasoline which gave us headaches, and everything in the room shook violently and vibrated during the ENTIRE trip. It felt like we were right above the engine/turbine room or had been given the worse room at the back of the boat, though the staff tried to avoid clarifying when we asked about it.
We took our pillows and bedding and ended up spending the night sleeping on the loungers on top of the boat because the gasoline smell in the room was overwhelming and a health hazard, given it was giving us headaches and migraines.
As for the Wi-Fi, it was limited or non-existent and often did not work. So if you’re planning to work remotely for 24-48 hours then prepared be off the grid when you board the boat. Essentially there is NO WI-FI.
Overall this was definitely THE WORSE part of our Egypt trip and I would not recommend this vendor to anyone thinking about booking with them. It was 100% not worth the money we paid for the US$200 room plus extras or the Nile River experience we were expecting. The manager and staff were absolutely NO HELP when we complained about all our issues. If I could give this vendor negative -5 stars I would and to be honest I feel that the other five stars reviews here were either bought off or falsely generated. We could not wait to get off the boat.
Just totally the worse experience ever and we want our money back because we could not and did not even sleep in the room we booked.

Honestly, the communication between the tour operator and myself was HORRIBLE! In my experience, after you book, within minutes to a couple of hours you’ll get an email to confirm where you’re being picked up from…I did NOT get that email! In fact, I reached out soooooo many times! Literally even up until the night before to see if the tour was even still going to happen. I got a call, and I told them where I was staying, ($15 EXTRA usd to pick me up my my hotel. Fast forward, I get on the boat, the room is beautiful, the food is good…the views are amazing!!! I would say book it…put aside $20USD for the pickup from your hotel to the dock (you may or may not need to pay it depending on what areas you’re in…mine was a little out of the way). They even ended up throwing in an extra night, I didn’t know about that until I was already on the boat. I didn’t take it since I already had my itinerary planned. Book it, the communication might be HORRIBLE but, the cruise itself was very nice and relaxing.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
