Very Relaxing Vacation Enjoyed our one week of very relaxing vacation. The resort has excellent views of the ocean, mountains, desert and golf courses. The exterior of the resort, grounds, bars, restaurants, and amenities are in excellent shape. However, the resort being 8 years old, we felt that the suites show some wear and tear. There is some entertainment every night and is good. The resort is secluded (15 minutes drive to downtown) and is very safe (double gated with guards). The entire staff was very friendly, helpful, courteous and customer focused. Special thanks to David, Bartender, for making us excellent drinks and Daniel, Bell Boy, who spoke fluent English, is very friendly, cheerful and knowledgeable. Since we are vegetarians, the following employees went out of their way to accommodate us and to ensure that we had a very pleasant dining experience at each restaurant in the resort. Our special thanks to them and we commend them. Lionel Piombimo, Director of Residence Manager Joaquin Perera, Chief chef at the Resort Daniel, Supervisor of Market Cafe Eloy, Master chef at Market Cafe Daniel, Supervisor of Oceana Carlos, Master chef at Oceana P.S. I have rated it 4 instead of 5 because we had a slow water drainage in the shower which they could not fix because they said it was due to the shower floor being not leveled properly!!?? They offered us another suite but it did not have the same spectacular view.

Like the last time we used this service supper happy with the service provided. Jaime was awesome. Seat for our toddler provided at a reasonable rate great service . Totally recommend
