Gin Schulerfahrung

What an absolutely amazing day we have just had at gin school! Andrew was so knowledgeable about gin and we learnt such a lot from him. It was so interesting and the time just flew by! We tasted many gins, each with a full explanation of what we were drinking and what mixer and garnish to add. After our talk we were taken through to the distilling room to make our own gin. Andrew was really helpful and giving us tips on what flavours to choose. While our gin was infusing all the lovely flavours we had chosen we were served the most delicious lunch which we throughly enjoyed. We were given our choice of one the many gins Andrew has in the bar to accompany lunch. After lunch it was back to finish off our gin and bottle it to bring home! The whole day was just so good and a lovely group of people made it even better. Would definitely recommend this, absolutely worth every penny.

I bought this for myself and two daughters. A fantastic experience from start to finish. Both Andrew and Marcella made us feel most welcome. Andrew's knowledge of gin and its origins is second to none and he shared his knowledge in a most humerous and interesting way, keeping our party totally captured. Lunch, cooked by Marcella, was superb and had all the flavours of Mexico. During the 5 hour day, there wasnot only plenty of gin sampling but also free flowing drinks for the duration. After the theory and gin tasting, we then proceeded to choose all of the ingredients to make our own unique blend of gin (a little bit of sibling rivalry). After lunch we returned to the distillery to distill, bottle and wax our creations giving them unique names. A fantastic day from start to finish and can't wait to go back, would highly recommend

We had a great time learning all about Gin and tasting different Gins, and making our own Gin, had a great lunch too, and also a meal in the evening with yet more Gin, the meals were all Mexican dishes made by the Master chief (Wife), they were all very good meals too, and not hot, then at the end of the night, we parked over night in their car park, there were four of us Motorhomes, the owners of this business (Husband & Wife) are great hosts, they couldn't do enough for you, and a full English Breakfast was great too. I personally thought it was a bit expensive, but at the end of the day the value we got out of this was enormous, the Teaching, making, tasting, the food Lunch, Dinner, Breakfast, sleep over & the social was tremendous, Thank you guys for a great time.
