Awesome rooms, food, and people; but poor information communication methodology and skills.
Where we were going, what we were seeing, where we were-was all told to us only at the end of the cruise. It should have been done at the beginning.
Still better would be to have streaming on room TV.
In addition, a flier with route map and description of attractions during the cruise would help.
It is very difficult to communicate with staff as even simple words of English can not be understood by them.
