Adventure Island Water Park Ticket

One big money grab with some very poor staffing. We bought 4 passes with all day eating and some line skipping. The line skipping only pertains to some rides which are not marked and the staff has not been trained on. We asked staff if our yellow bracelet would work at a particular ride to which he replied yes. After waiting in line for 40 minutes we were scanned and informed that our passes actually didn't work on this slide as well. We were told to take our 5 and 6 year olds back into line. The lunch was another story. The meals included 1 entre, 1 side, and 1 dessert. The kids however only wanted the mac n cheese side along with fries. The cashier was nice but said she needed to check with a manager if changing a side for an entrée was allowed. The manager was rude and said we needed to pay for the sides. Bear in mind I am not carrying a wallet and just waited 45 minutes in line to get nothing. At this point I was getting sick of the rip off and said this place suc_s slamming down my tray. The cashier called security and said we cussed her out. The security team threw our family out and said we were now trespassing. Worst $600 spent to date. Its time for boating, camping, and National Parks.

It was a great day out with family! We went with 4 adults and 1 child (8 years old). Our group decided to go the extra mile and rented a cabana. We did not regret this decision. Our cabana was located right near the wave pool. Only negative thing about this location is that you'll hear "Wipe Out" every 10 minutes. If we went again, we'd choose another location :) The cabana included seating for 6 and a private locker where we stored all of our things. We enjoyed complimentary water in a fridge located in the cabana. The cabana had shade and a fan to keep us cool. I thought the property was well maintained and it's not a massive water park so you can get pretty much anywhere in 10 minutes. Lines for rides were minimal. We really enjoyed all the water slides, aside from the fact that some were closed. Food was decent and drinks were reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and attentive. I actually broke my toe just before arriving, and the first aid guy came to our cabana and strapped it up for me so I could enjoy my day. All in all, a great day out. I'm not sure how they could manage this, but it would be helpful to know which rides and spaces are closed on any given day. Perhaps an update on the website? I would certainly go back and would recommend Adventure Island to people visiting the Tampa area.

Als Leute gerufen wurden, um Bestellungen mit einem Zeitstempel von nach 2 : 30 abzuholen, verlangte unsere Gruppe der "Übersehenen ", den Manager zu sehen. Selbst als er auftauchte, dauerte es weitere 10 bis 15 Minuten, bis unsere Bestellungen zu uns kamen, während andere mit ähnlichen Bestellungen bedient wurden. Schreckliches System. Schrecklicher Kundenservice. Zweite Beschwerde: Mein Sohn (6 '4 "und 250 Pfund) war mit seiner siebenjährigen Tochter. Als sie versuchten, sich von einem Ort zum anderen zu bewegen, stellten sich ihnen vier junge Männer in den Weg. Als er sagte: " Entschuldigung mich " , einer von ihnen sprach ein paar Obszönitäten aus und drohte, ihn ko zu schlagen " und das Mädchen auch. „Mein Sohn zog sich zurück und suchte Sicherheit. Sie sagten, dass sie von diesen Typen wussten und dass sie das tun, um Videos auf YouTube zu posten. Doch etwa eine Stunde später sahen wir sie immer noch im Park.
