Not worth dealing with the hassle -- find something else to do.
We reserved a date nearly 1 month in advance with a $100 deposit. Were not told about any "terms and conditions" over the phone. Called to cancel our reservations and were told the deposit was not fully refundable. They said they would "review the phone call" and get back with us.
No phone call ever came.
I called 2x more times to cancel. No answer. I emailed, no reply. Finally spoke with someone but they were hostile about a refund.
My guess is the company is owned by a larger entity (hence the Polaris name in marketing) and the larger company instructs this branch "absolutely no refunds".
I'm a business owner for nearly 20 years and it's sad I have to even write this review to let others know the experience they're about to pay for is going to be a hassle and less than awesome.
