Frank and the team at Cape Canaveral were a great choice for our family cruise logistics. We stayed at an MCO hotel and they coordinated a time that worked best for our pick up to ensure we were at the Port at the right time for our departure. Frank coordinated regularly via text and calls to ensure we were aware of the timing for our trip. The team also gave us detailed instructions when we departed the ship so we did not have to wait long. We took advantage of the added Kennedy Space Center experience on the back end of our trip. Cap Canaveral Transportation safely kept our luggage and picked us up promptly to get us back to MCO for a late evening flight. I would recommend any families or travelers consider them for smooth transportation to and from the Port.

This company is top notch with excellent customer service. They were on time with pickups, very friendly/professional and safe. We had two families with 12 people and Frank was our driver both ways. Thank you Frank for making this part of our trip easy and enjoyable!

Never heard of this Company before . I received the name and phone number from the Marriott hotel that we would be staying at. That gave me some peace of mind knowing that the entire hotel has used this group before . I called the phone number, Played hit-or-miss with the voicemails, finally I was able to be in contact with the company. She asked me what type of ride I needed, I explained to her in depth and we use them on 2 driving legs of our vacation. They were very accommodating had a 12 passenger van come pick us up privately, our party consisted of: 4 adults and 8 big luggage suitcases. The driver came early within 20 minutes of my requested time for both trips. Frank was our driver, He drove us for both legs of the vacation trip transfer and he was funny and informative and he delighted to drive with. He was very accommodating for the temperature inside the Van as well as Being very careful with a few OD luggage totes that held computers. When I 1st arrived he had our name printed clearly on a placard so that when he came to the airport he would be able to show who he was picking up. Once they gave us our reservation they emailed it to my email. Then there was a spot to confirm and pay. I kind of questioned that in the beginning because I typically don't prepay for stuff that I haven't received the service for. Nonetheless it was a good call, when you pay ahead that also in their mind, Guarantees that you're going to show up. He also had inside the Van other seating pieces such as a booster chair for a small child and a car seat for an infant. Even though we weren't using these items I thought it was very nice of them to at least have it available. I would say from start to finish this is a very good company and I would highly recommend them. I paid $170 One way, for the 4 of us our luggage to go from the MCO airport 2 our Marriott hotel near port Canaveral. The 2nd leg that they drove us was very short it was from that cruise hotel to the port Canaveral area. Much to my surprise that trip is only about 2 miles or less they charged us $70 for the one way trip. And that trip which was so short took about 35 minutes to get there Due to the super heavy traffic at the port.
