We were scheduled to arrive on a cruise ship and weather changed and we couldn’t get into the Marseilles port. The operator Bruno refused to give any credit and Viator was no better. We were forced to pay 100% cancellation for something we couldn’t control. We would have been happy to pay something but they took our money because they could and were totally uncooperative. If you want any help for your tour, go somewhere else.
